PROGRAMS

100x100 pixel rotating ad. This ad rotates with all other ads on every webpage.

150x200 pixel exclusive page ad with a link to your website. This ad gives you exclusive advertising rights on the following main and sub pages - Homepage, About Us page, Our Community page, Members Benefit page, Members Corner page, Events page, Tourism page and Contact Us page. These ads will be sold on a first come-first-serve basis.

Both programs allow a member to run four different ads for a twelve-month period (four quarters).

Note: banners will not run in the Members Directory, downloadable pdf’s and any other pre-formatted unique pages. Additional regions may be added as demand dictates.

COST

100x100 pixel rotating ad program: $25.00 year
This program allows you to run your ad(s) for one year (four quarters), and to swap your ad three times for a total of four ads, one per quarter.

150x200 pixel exclusive ad program with link to your website: $450.00/year for home page, $300.00/yr for all other pages. This program allows you to run your ad(s) for one year (four quarters), and to swap your ad three times in for a total of four ads, one per quarter.
These ads appear in the right navigation column on all Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce website (with the exception of the Members Directory database pages, pre-formatted pages such as pdf's, and other unique pages).

• Supported File Formats:
• GIF format - 72 dpi
• Animated GIF - 72 dpi
• JPEG/JPG format - 72 dpiuidelines
• Non-accepted formats: Java, Java Applet, Video
• Maximum File size: 30k (preferred: < 20k)

150x250 ad banner with link spec

• Dimensions: 150 pixels wide x 250 pixels high
• Supported File Formats:
• GIF format - 72 dpi
• Animated GIF - 72 dpi
• JPEG/JPG format - 72 dpilines
• Non-accepted formats: Java, Java Applet, Video
• Maximum File size: 40k (preferred: < 30k)

BANNER DESIGN

The Chamber can provide banner ad design for any members who cannot or do not want to provide their own banner. JLWebvisions can provide ad design for $50.00 per ad for 100x100 pixel ads and $125.00 per ad for 150x200 pixel ads. Complex ads such as Flash ads requiring more elaborate programming or multiple revisions will incur additional charges based on an hourly rate of $50.00, billed in half-hour increments. It is expected that ads are delivered to the Chamber ready to deploy and in accordance with the ad specs above. If there is a problem with the ad (incorrect format, banner too large, etc.), either the member will rework the ad to meet the specs or JLWebvisions can rework or recreate the ad as necessary based on an hourly rate of $50.00.
