Within its rolling hills, crystal lakes and rivers, thick forests, and wetlands guarded by stately herons, Menomonee Falls enjoys a “real” downtown, with 100- year old buildings fronting its two main streets. The Village Centre offers shopping, restaurants, arts, and antiques. Many special events are also held in the Village Centre including farmers markets, free summer time concerts, Christmas, Memorial Day and Independence Day Parades, as well as an annual Easter Egg Hunt.

Commercial Development can be found along major arterials ranging from large department stores to independent restaurants. New Office Parks and “mixed-use developments” just off the freeway have winding, tree-lined drives and exteriorscapes designed by the region’s premier landscape architects.

New pristine Industrial Parks, with excellent freeway access provide ample opportunity for new business startups. Menomonee Falls is home to the Headquarters of Kohl’s Department Stores, Cousins' Sub’s and Wacker Corporation’s national operations, while proudly providing manufacturing plants for Harley Davidson and Briggs and Stratton.
